We were unaware of the existence of this establishment, and it has been operating in Randolph for three decades under the same proprietor... IMPRESSIVE! I treated my daughter to a spa day here for her birthday, and we had a FANTASTIC time. From the moment we entered, we were met with a warm reception and a broad smile! The treatments included a facial, manicure, pedicure, massage, and hairstyling! All the individuals deserve recognition! Lila - massage - my daughter adored it and wanted to extend her stay! Morgan - pedicure - I opted for the paraffin wax treatment on my feet and the additional reflexology... absolutely marvelous! She took her time, provided an exceptional foot massage, and engaged in delightful conversation, making my time there truly enjoyable. The reflexology incurs an additional cost, but it is well worth the investment! Laura - facials and manicures. Incredibly relaxing and soothing. She offered excellent suggestions for facial treatments. My nails turned out impeccable, despite having little to work with. Morgan - hairstyling. Both my daughter and I adored her! The passion she has for her craft shines through in her final work. Be sure to schedule an appointment in advance, as there is ample parking available, and I find the prices to be reasonable. I won't disclose the amount I spent, but let's just say... I wasn't taken aback! Overall, a phenomenal spa experience, with a clean environment, top-notch staff, personable service, and an A+ level of expertise in their field! We will definitely return! I regret not taking more photographs!
La Novita Salón is without a doubt my preferred destination! I have frequented the establishment for a good ten years. I have received exceptional service from a few of the individuals there tending to my hair. I would highly recommend it to anyone. When you visit, you will receive precisely what you desire. For as far back as I can recall, I have been seeing my stylist, Jamie, who is truly the best in the business. She has come to understand my preferences and dislikes. Every time I leave, I feel like royalty! I wholeheartedly endorse this salon to all.
The hair stylist was incredibly kind and executed a fantastic job on my hair. She only trimmed about an inch and added some foil highlights. The only drawback I encountered was the cost of the trim and highlights, which totaled $250. That seems a tad excessive for the services rendered. Considering my hair is only three inches in length to begin with, she used minimal product, making the price quite steep in my view. Nevertheless, I am content with the service provided.
