I am now a regular patron for both hair and nails. My hair is extremely difficult to style, and somehow Alex nails it every single time. She is completely dedicated to satisfying her clients that I feel no anxiety when I express my desire to experiment with something new. It's truly wonderful to have her in this town. A couple of months back, I began seeing Jordan for acrylics and polish. My nails are fragile and damaged, and Jordan does everything manually. I adore that they last at least 3 weeks without chipping. She always ensures they look fabulous and hold up well. Fantastic local salon - I am very particular as a salon client, and these 2 ladies are exceptional. I appreciate how prompt they are in responding to texts. Can't praise them enough.
Newcomer to this land. Needed a trim in a rush. Searched for "finest salon close by" and came across Signature. Checked the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Since I reside so near, I dropped in impulsively to check if they accepted walk-ins. The young man at reception (apologies, I forgot his name!) informed me that they were fully booked until the next day. I mentioned that I couldn't make it then. He then said, "Let me check what I can do." He phoned their stylist Alex, who wasn't scheduled to arrive until later that afternoon, and inquired if she could squeeze me in later. Alex replied, "I'm on my way" and showed up at the salon in under 10 minutes. I was amazed! I sat in Alex's chair and described the type of cut and texture I desired (Lob). She understood my request perfectly and bravely cut my hair, unlike previous stylists who played it safe and didn't give me the desired look. Her confidence was very reassuring to a new customer. When she finished with my cut and blow-out, my heart leaped with joy. It was precisely the look I had envisioned. Finally, someone nailed it! Needless to say, I will be a loyal customer!
Alex did a fantastic job with my hair! She paid attention to my preferences and flawlessly executed my desired look! I am so thankful to have a wonderful salon so conveniently located because I will definitely return. The studio had a fantastic ambiance and was exceptionally clean as well. I left feeling self-assured and beautiful :)
