I recently visited Skin Beaute in Randolph for a facial and fillers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing, and the fillers were done with great care and precision. The whole experience was relaxing, and I’m thrilled with the outcome. I’ll definitely be returning!

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment! A friend recommended it to me, and I initially had Botox done here in April 2022, which I was satisfied with. However, upon returning in December 2022 for a touch-up with Rebecca, things took a turn. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the Botox application as it caused one eyebrow to lift higher than the other. Rebecca attempted to rectify it by injecting more Botox into my forehead, which was somewhat acceptable. On the same day, she convinced me to get under-eye filler, which I had never done before. Despite not filling out any paperwork for the filler, I trusted her expertise. Unfortunately, the results were disastrous - my eyebrows appeared heavy, and the under-eye filler left me with lumpy, swollen, and saggy skin. I hoped it would improve over time, but even after multiple follow-up appointments and additional injections, the situation worsened. The dark discoloration and swelling persisted, making me look tired and aged. When I finally requested a refund, Rebecca initially agreed but later reneged, claiming she was the owner. Feeling mistreated and dissatisfied, I left the establishment with my friends, only to be confronted by a man near the reception area who accused me of using abusive language. Despite considering involving the authorities, I chose to leave. I share this extensive review to caution others and prevent similar experiences from occurring.

We were unaware of the existence of this establishment, and it has been operating in Randolph for three decades under the same proprietor... IMPRESSIVE! I treated my daughter to a spa day here for her birthday, and we had a FANTASTIC time. From the moment we entered, we were met with a warm reception and a broad smile! The treatments included a facial, manicure, pedicure, massage, and hairstyling! All the individuals deserve recognition! Lila - massage - my daughter adored it and wanted to extend her stay! Morgan - pedicure - I opted for the paraffin wax treatment on my feet and the additional reflexology... absolutely marvelous! She took her time, provided an exceptional foot massage, and engaged in delightful conversation, making my time there truly enjoyable. The reflexology incurs an additional cost, but it is well worth the investment! Laura - facials and manicures. Incredibly relaxing and soothing. She offered excellent suggestions for facial treatments. My nails turned out impeccable, despite having little to work with. Morgan - hairstyling. Both my daughter and I adored her! The passion she has for her craft shines through in her final work. Be sure to schedule an appointment in advance, as there is ample parking available, and I find the prices to be reasonable. I won't disclose the amount I spent, but let's just say... I wasn't taken aback! Overall, a phenomenal spa experience, with a clean environment, top-notch staff, personable service, and an A+ level of expertise in their field! We will definitely return! I regret not taking more photographs!

First time patron here, absolutely adore the ambiance at this establishment. Every individual exudes positivity and engaging conversation. I will definitely be a loyal customer.
