Truly, giving feedback on a product isn't my usual thing, but this one truly stands out, so I feel compelled to share my thoughts for those who may be hesitant about using this service. I've tried various hairstyles here, and I can confidently say that I've never been disappointed. A few weeks ago, I had box braids done, and they turned out impeccably neat and were completed in a timely manner. I received numerous compliments on my hair. Additionally, I've purchased high-quality weaves and wigs from here over a year ago, and they still look fantastic. And what about the pricing and customer service? The prices are quite reasonable compared to other salons, and the customer service is top-notch. The staff is incredibly respectful, great at communication, and always strive to give you exactly what you desire. I have no regrets about getting my hair done here, and I'll definitely be returning.
I was pleased with the outcome of my hair. Her children were at home, so she did pause a few times to attend to them, which didn't bother me at all. She was very friendly and consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. The only issue that slightly bothered me was the frizziness of my hair right after the styling. I'm accustomed to braiders creating tight and neat braids, but some parts of my hair appeared frizzy, as if I had the braids in for a while. I also noticed that she didn't trim the stray hairs once the styling was done, which may have contributed to the frizziness. That was a bit disappointing, but overall, the service was excellent.
Elo was incredibly pleasant, accommodated me on short notice, and my hair turned out beautifully!
