I decided to visit this salon as it is in close proximity to my home, and I am delighted that I did so! They managed to accommodate me for a full set and a pedicure last minute, and the results were impressive. The ombré effect on my nails still looks fantastic after a few days, and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit for more creative designs.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this salon. I was drawn to it due to the positive reviews and its convenient location near my residence. While I appreciated the intricate design they crafted for me, the ombré style did not quite meet my expectations. Despite this, I chose not to voice my concerns as the service was exceptional, surpassing that of other salons I have visited.
I have been frequenting this establishment for years. I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Kerry in the past, and their technique delves so deeply into my cuticles that it inadvertently leads to lacerations. I now find myself nursing an open wound yet again. This had occurred previously, and it took a week to heal, accompanied by blood, as Kerry nonchalantly sprayed alcohol on the area, causing a burning sensation throughout the pedicure session. Despite the discomfort, I decided to give them another chance yesterday. However, in a rush, Kerry inadvertently cut my toe open once more, resulting in a second open wound. Regrettably, I have come to the conclusion that I will not be returning. What irks me the most is the lack of engagement during the service. Attempts at conversation are met with dismissive responses, as if they have no time for interaction but are more inclined to engage with their colleagues. A new staff member kept giving me disdainful glances when I tried to strike up a friendly conversation. It appears that the establishment is now under new management, and as a result, they have lost my patronage.
