Absolutely dreadful dye job! Transformed my hair into a mishmash of hues with brassy undertones scattered throughout. The trim was jagged and uneven all around. I attempted to reason with them to rectify their error, and in return, they adopted a patronizing and incredibly rude attitude. Have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow to rectify this disastrous situation with a reputable salon.
Chad is a skilled artisan in his field! I've never encountered a poor outcome with his expert dye and trim services, and we've been patrons of his for years. Following my visit, I exude beauty and confidence. Chad also tends to my daughter's locks. He is exceptional!
