Low quality nail service, even worse customer service. Did not listen to what was asked even when told during the service this was not what was wanted multiple times during the process. No apologies or attempt to make the issue right. Avoid this place. My daughter asked for pink thin tops and left with horrible red tips half way down her nail and not even straight. The pink tops is the photo she showed them and the red mess is what she was given. A waste of $70!
The Best! I get my nails done and my eyebrows, (ombre eyebrows) Always a pleasure to go this very clean and very professional business. I also love that Jill, after years of working in a nail salon, bought this business themselves. I am so happy for them.
I have been seeing Jill for over 5 years & they are the best. I never break a nail & they always look great. I highly recommend Elegant Nails & Spa.
