I decided to visit this salon as it is in close proximity to my home, and I am delighted that I did so! They managed to accommodate me for a full set and a pedicure last minute, and the results were impressive. Absolutely top-notch service and haircut. Very safety conscious and arrives fully geared up for safety. Sterilizes all equipment and never reuses capes. It felt like a mini barbershop popped up in my home for a quick 5 minutes once he got here. Got my haircut in the bathroom without any issue. Low quality nail service, even worse customer service. Did not listen to what was asked even when told during the service this was not what was wanted multiple times during the process. No apologies or attempt to make the issue right. Avoid this place. My daughter asked for pink thin tops and left with horrible red tips half way down her nail and not even straight. The pink tops is the photo she showed them and the red mess is what she was given. I wouldn't recommend this place.
I went in the Saturday before Easter 4/16/22. This picture was taken on 4/17/22, the next day. This review is being written on 4/18/22.
I drove from Mission Viejo to RSM to meet a friend for mani/pedi's. We were seated right away since we were the first in line at 10am, which was great, but for some reason, they couldn't sit us next to each other, but rather semi-behind each other.
No worries, it is what it is.
Then they ask what color we want and I opt for a rainbow of 5 (see pic). The gal went back to get the colors for both myself and my friend and told me that she would have to charge me extra because I'm using "more color". LOL
Let me just say that having THREE other nail salons right next to you, you shouldn't be up-charging AT ALL, let alone for something as silly as this.

Absolutely dreadful dye job! Transformed my hair into a mishmash of hues with brassy undertones scattered throughout. The trim was jagged and uneven all around. I attempted to reason with them to rectify their error, and in return, they adopted a patronizing and incredibly rude attitude.
