My manicure was a disaster, with nails that were misshapen and mismatched. Some were crooked, others uneven, and the coffin shape was inconsistent. To top it off, the pedicure water was cold, not warm as expected.
My daughter's first nail experience was fantastic, thanks to the amazing employees who did beautiful work.
While the staff was friendly, the lack of professionalism was disappointing. The nail technician had a distracting companion who was not a child, and their conversation about my nails made me uncomfortable. The companion's loud chewing added to the discomfort. Despite my clear instructions, the nails did not turn out as requested, both in shape and polish. Even when I settled for a simple black color, they couldn't deliver. Paying $55 for this subpar service was truly disheartening. I wanted to share photos, but Google wouldn't allow it, adding to my frustration.
