I have always had wonderful experiences in this place. They provide an online check-in system that informs you about your position in line, minimal waiting times, and skilled stylists who are exceptionally patient and great with children. I highly recommend Jess, I always specifically ask for her and she consistently delivers fantastic results. Throughout the process, she consistently engages me with questions to ensure she can cut/style my hair exactly the way I desire.
Inquired about hair coloring in addition to a haircut over the phone. The individual who answered was impolite and abruptly ended the call. Oh dear. Anticipating a generic response from the establishment's owner.
ULTA Salon had to rectify the mess created by Great Clips. Originally having waist-length hair, I requested shoulder-length hair with long layers and face-framing. Upon leaving Great Clips, I was left with a disastrous wolf cut / bowl cut. Ruthie and Susan stand out as the most incompetent "hairstylists" within this Great Clips location. If they are assigned to cut your hair, make a swift exit. Leave immediately, safeguard your money, and seek assistance from another Great Clips or hair salon. I have never felt more humiliated in my life, and I have never left an establishment in tears. It seemed like Susan was deliberately mishandling my hair. The Great Clips app has been deleted from my phone, their number removed. I vow to never, under any circumstances, return as a patron here.
