Bedazzle Nails Spa

This establishment has really deteriorated. I have frequented this place for over a decade. During my recent visit for a manicure and pedicure, I was quite disappointed. The technician unilaterally cut my nails excessively short without consulting me on my preference. Furthermore, she proceeded to aggressively trim a calloused area on my skin, causing it to become raw and slightly bleed. When I expressed my discomfort, she merely remarked that it was rough and continued to trim. I was persistently pressured to opt for gel polish, despite my aversion to it due to the damage it causes to my nails and the additional cost of its removal at the salon, which involves grinding and harm to natural nails. My suspicions were aroused when the polish I selected from the sample appeared less sparkly and the color seemed altered. I have observed instances of polish dilution and alteration by the staff in the past. I deliberately wore sandals for over 24 hours post-service. To my dismay, just 26 hours later, a significant portion of the pedicure polish chipped off after wearing shoes for less than 5 minutes. This experience was utterly preposterous and unsatisfactory.

Visited Sparkle Nail Salon on a whim. My daughter and I were accommodated without prior appointments. We received pedicures with gel polish. We were promptly seated and offered bottled water to enjoy. The customer service was exceptional. Our total time spent at the salon on a leisurely Sunday afternoon was 45 minutes. My daughter and I are definitely planning a return visit. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience.

The technician excessively filed my nails, making them uncomfortably thin and sensitive. Subsequently, two of my nails broke the very next day due to their weakened state. This experience was a complete waste of money.
