The prices are exorbitant for the quality of work. They rushed through a $70 pedicure, and the gel manicure didn't even last a full 24 hours. I used to adore this place, but it's no longer up to par. I wish I could endorse them, but the combination of high prices and poor quality makes this place a no-go for me.
This is the worst place I've ever visited. He caused three of my fingers to bleed. The $10 extra polish I paid for started peeling the next day. The photos you see were taken two days after I got my nails done, and it looks like a first-grader did my manicure. He was working on someone's hair when he started on my nails, so he was running between me and the customer the whole time. I will never return to that salon, and I don't recommend it. It was the worst experience of my life. The salon is very large, but there were hardly any workers or customers there, which should have been a red flag right from the start.
I've been a patron at this nail salon before and always been pleased with their services. However, my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I paid $200 for sets on both my hands and feet, only to discover that they used glue (similar to crazy glue) on my nails! This has never happened to me before, and it's utterly unacceptable. The quality of their sets has definitely declined. I can only give them a single star for this experience.
