The salesperson was incredibly helpful during my checkout process. However, I was disappointed to find out that the pumps for shampoo bottles were not provided for free as usual. I realized at home that I was charged nearly 5$ extra for them. Moreover, the products were cheaper on the website, so I'm confused about the additional charges for the shampoo, conditioner, and pumps. Additionally, I was uncomfortable when a customer next to me brought up 9/11 during checkout, and the cashier engaged in the conversation. It made me feel targeted based on my background for no reason. I will be returning all the items I purchased.
