Haven Salon offers a delightful ambiance and all individuals ensure you feel truly welcomed. My hair is expertly styled by Taylor and the results are absolutely stunning! I eagerly anticipate each hair appointment. A definite 10/10 recommendation to pay them a visit.
Appointment scheduled for Saturday, January 13: Morgan did a commendable job. She adeptly selected the appropriate products for my hair to prevent it from feeling weighed down and executed a solid cut. While more layering was needed to achieve the desired volume, the overall outcome is satisfactory. The atmosphere was lacking. It appeared that Morgan and another stylist were close friends, leading to excessive chatting throughout. While camaraderie in the workplace is positive, it is crucial to maintain professionalism and focus on attending to clients. I felt somewhat neglected during the appointment. Despite Morgan dedicating a significant amount of time to my hair, the attention seemed divided and not entirely on me. Furthermore, there were approximately 4 or 5 children present, running around. While I empathize with the challenges of childcare, it would be preferable for them to sit quietly in a designated area, rather than disrupting the stylists attending to clients.
My fear of change is well-known among those close to me. I decided to make a bold move with my hair and visited Haven Salon in Ramona. Taylor was my stylist, and I cannot praise her enough! The serene atmosphere of the salon is incredibly calming, and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit. Taylor provided me with highlights, a fresh cut, and a stylish finish. I left feeling like a true model! Thank you, Haven Salon, for making this woman feel beautiful once more 🤍
