Adore the wide range of products, reasonable prices, and the exceptionally helpful and friendly team! They truly go the extra mile to assist customers!
Terrible experience! The mature woman who seemed like the supervisor was extremely passive aggressive. If you're picking up items for a relative, be prepared to be treated poorly. I've been a loyal customer at this and other beauty supply stores. I understand the need for rules, but it's just hair products, not precious gems. I simply asked for a suggestion and they outright refused. Do they really need to take their job so seriously?
Absolutely dreadful service, avoid at all costs! The recent manager and staff members are incredibly impolite. I will make sure to warn all my fellow hair school peers to steer clear of this place, even though most of us usually shop at salon centric. If I come across any other stylists, I will definitely advise them to stay away from this establishment.
