Today, I attempted to schedule an appointment at Gregg's Beauty. I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years, having been served by various stylists like Alex, then Jamie and others. The previous owner always provided excellent service, which I appreciated. However, today a young man informed me that no appointments were available. I mentioned my availability on Friday and Saturday, even offering Monday or Tuesday of this week, next, or beyond. Disappointingly, he simply replied, "Sorry, we're fully booked and can't accommodate you," essentially suggesting I look elsewhere. As a long-time patron, this treatment is disheartening. Gregg's, you have much to learn. Let's see how much longer your business will last. Numerous establishments cease operations due to poor customer service. I am appalled by their lack of consideration. I must now seek a place that values and appreciates loyal customers. It's truly regrettable!!!!

She not only listens to my preferences but also offers valuable tips and guidance. The quality of her work is impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend her and the salon. Moreover, they utilize fantastic products, including their in-house brand, Lumina. Make sure to schedule your appointment well in advance as they are in high demand. You won't be disappointed.
