Morgan is THE BEST. I had my highlights botched at a big name NYC salon (like my head was glowing brassy yellow and so damaged, not good.) At our initial visit Morgan really took the time to understand what I wanted my hair to look like and evaluate how to accomplish that. She was up front that it would probably take a few appointments to achieve what I wanted which I really appreciated. My hair now is the exact kind of blonde I want and SO much healthier/softer with far less breakage.
