I've been going to get my hair done with Kayla C for over a year now and they've been amazing! I had some banding in my hair when I first began seeing them and it's come A LONG WAY since the first appointment. They're very particular and prideful in their work which is something hard to come by with stylists. They have a super bubbly personality and are one of the easiest people to get along with. If you can't keep the party going, they will. I kindly requested the person doing my nails to even out the length. Their response was that they didn't understand my request and claimed the lengths were already even. I asked again if they could trim it a bit more. In response, they became aggressive, using foul language and directing me to wait for someone else. I was taken aback as I had not been impolite or said anything inappropriate.
