I kindly requested the person doing my nails to even out the length. Their response was that they didn't understand my request and claimed the lengths were already even. I asked again if they could trim it a bit more. In response, they became aggressive, using foul language and directing me to wait for someone else. I was taken aback as I had not been impolite or said anything inappropriate. After confirming with others that the lengths were indeed uneven, I decided to leave as I could no longer trust their service.
I have had 4 pedicures at Blissful Nails. Julie performed the first 3, and it was a pleasant experience with great conversations. However, her spouse did the last one on August 16, 2023. He remained silent throughout the session, only tapping and pointing. Subsequently, I developed a bacterial infection on my big toe, requiring a visit to urgent care for numbing and lancing. The treatment was very painful, and I was prescribed antibiotic cream and oral medication. I was informed that I might lose my toenail. I have decided not to return to Blissful Nails. Definitely not a happy experience!
I had to wait for 3 days to secure an appointment! Initially, I was slightly irritated as I usually walk in for services without a wait. However, I soon realized that the extended wait time may indicate their popularity and quality of service, which is a positive sign.
