If possible, I would rate this salon 0 stars. I clearly requested a NEW SET three times, but when it became apparent he wasn't listening, I settled for a fill-in. I showed him a picture of the colors I desired, NAVY and BABY BLUE. A competent technician would have noticed the discrepancy between the colors I selected and those in the image, suggesting alternative shades. However, he proceeded to paint. He applied the MINT color first, followed by color DD120, which appeared darker in the samples but turned out to be royal blue when applied. Despite my two objections to this color, he ignored me and continued to paint my other middle finger the same royal blue. Realizing he wasn't attentive, I requested him to remove it and paint it the same as the other nails. He did not remove the royal blue entirely and shaped the coffin nails too roundly, resembling more of an almond shape. Additionally, he changed the color of my toes and then informed me the total cost was $60, for a fill-in and a color change on the toes. The service was extremely unprofessional, and I will not be returning. This is not worth $60. I strongly advise against visiting PRO NAILS OF RADCLIFF KENTUCKY.
This salon has become my regular spot, and I have encountered no issues since! The service is excellent, and I always leave with beautifully done nails. Wonderful pricing and staff.
I regret having to give a single star. My child recently had a full set done, opting for French tips. It was a simple choice, nothing extravagant. Yet, they charged her $70!!! When I inquired about the price, the explanation given was vague, mentioning "gel and almond shape." She has always gotten the same set and never paid $70 before. This salon is charging exorbitant prices for basic services. I discovered that the owner is away this weekend. It seems the nail technician decided to increase prices to earn extra money while the owner is absent! Take heed of the reviews.
