I indulged in a luxurious manicure session recently. The service was impeccable, and the individual who attended to me was incredibly pleasant. However, to my dismay, the polish began to peel off just two days later. Thankfully, John graciously allowed me to return for a complimentary re-do, and the results were absolutely flawless. John's professionalism and skill truly stood out, making the entire experience delightful.

Regrettably, my experience at this establishment was subpar. During the session, the technician accidentally cut my finger with the buffer, causing discomfort that persisted for 24 hours after she applied acetone to the wound. Furthermore, the gel polish application was uneven, with thick patches on several nails that bled onto my cuticles, leading to premature peeling. The language barrier hindered communication regarding these issues, resulting in an unprofessional atmosphere. Additionally, there was a lack of evidence demonstrating proper sterilization of equipment, including the use of outdated files.

John's meticulous application and keen eye for detail produced a mesmerizing gradient effect that exuded vibrance and sophistication. My nails felt resilient and stunning, mirroring the luminosity of opals. I opted for the TL 2 blue chrome over a pink to blue ombre base. Overall, my visit to Merci was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone eager to explore the latest nail trends.
