My young child saw my braid fall out. The style looks good but way too tight. Now my hair and braid are both gone. $220 for box braids falling apart in less than a week. They want me to return for a fix, but how to repair something already broken (my hair)? I requested reimbursement, but it was not offered.
I always visit this spot for my braids! The ladies here are all skilled and friendly. They are upfront and knowledgeable about their pricing.
I will never return to that establishment. I went for locs, and within two days, they were coming loose, a shoddy job that took 4 hours to crochet locs. My usual place finishes in an hour and a half. I had a 9 am appointment, but the owner was absent, doors still locked. I arrived early; that should have been a warning not to enter. I won't go back there again.
