I was in and out of the salon within an hour for a quick and simple white acrylic application without polish, which cost $48 (excluding tip). I'm a bit puzzled by the owner's response regarding pricing options, as I had inquired about rates before my appointment and was not informed of the more affordable alternative for the same outcome during my visit. Nonetheless, the service was speedy!
Ben is truly exceptional! He takes the time to understand your preferences and double-checks to ensure everything is just right. I had acrylic nails done and they turned out beautifully. I'll definitely be returning in two weeks for a manicure and pedicure. The salon was spotless and well-organized, plus there's a TV for entertainment while you're being pampered!
I visited this salon due to severe cracking and calluses on my feet, causing me discomfort while walking. The service I received for my calluses was subpar, as my feet still feel rough and dry. Additionally, there was confusion over the type of polish I requested, resulting in a gel polish being applied without my consent. The lack of UV light for the gel polish application was also disappointing, as the polish did not properly set. Despite these issues, I felt compelled to tip out of habit from my own experience in customer service.
