I arrived here seeking birthday nails on Saturday. I felt let down by the quality of work and the price I paid for my full set of acrylics. Despite researching nail salons and having high hopes based on reviews and pictures, my experience fell short. Although the staff was friendly and treated me well, the $90 I spent does not reflect the quality of my nails. Firstly, the acrylic is too thin. Secondly, the shaping did not match the almond shape I requested, and too much was taken off the sides. The shape does not complement my finger shape at all. Thirdly, the nail art appears amateurish. While I understand minor imperfections, I expected better for the price. I should have spoken up, but I was unsure how to address it. I will not return here as I feel I wasted my money. I used to visit a small business for my nails and was much happier with their work at a more reasonable price.
