I took my adolescent child for a facial to improve his skin condition. The salon was exceptionally tidy and cozy. The individual who performed the facial was incredibly pleasant! My son had a positive experience. His skin appears significantly better!
If I could rate this establishment a zero, I would. This testimonial pertains to hairstylist Alex and salon owner Jordan. I went through a highlighting procedure with Alex, during which the bleach stayed on my hair for an extended period (over an hour). Post hair wash, I requested to apply my own hair mask for personal styling at home as I was unsatisfied with past styling attempts. Upon washing my hair at home, I noticed significant hair loss during the shower, a consequence of excessive exposure to heat during treatment. Despite my attempts to reach out to the salon and seek the owner's assistance, nearly two weeks have passed with no reply.
