I arrived here seeking birthday nails on Saturday. I felt let down by the quality of work and the price I paid for my full set of acrylics. Despite researching nail salons and having high hopes based on reviews and pictures, my experience fell short. Although the staff was friendly and treated me well, the $90 I spent does not reflect the quality of my nails. Firstly, the acrylic is too thin. Secondly, the shaping did not match the almond shape I requested, and too much was taken off the sides. The shape does not complement my finger shape at all. Thirdly, the nail art appears amateurish. While I understand minor imperfections, I expected better for the price. I should have spoken up, but I was unsure how to address it. I will not return here as I feel I wasted my money. I used to visit a small business for my nails and was much happier with their work at a more reasonable price.

Received a charming constellation stud piercing with Alex yesterday! The process was remarkably swift and virtually painless. They ensured that I was satisfied with the placement before proceeding and carefully explained each step, which was reassuring. I wholeheartedly recommend getting pierced here... not to mention, the prices are quite reasonable!

I am thrilled to have crossed paths with Misty! I orchestrated the design of her salon and developed a close bond with her throughout the process. I was on the lookout for a new hairdresser (I haven't found one I adore here despite residing here for 8 years now!) and decided to give Misty a chance. Misty actively listens, clarifies, imparts knowledge, and possesses a wealth of expertise in hair care. I appreciated how she elaborated on each step of the process. Having had a few negative experiences in the past, I always carry a fear of someone ruining my hair again. I can confidently affirm that Misty would never allow that to happen! She provided excellent suggestions tailored to my needs, and I left with a deeper understanding of my hair and hair care in general. I was extremely satisfied with my root touch up, haircut, and blowout. The service was exceptional, and Misty is not only skilled but also delightful to converse with. I cannot praise her enough for her professionalism and the way she manages her business. I wholeheartedly recommend her!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have never left a negative review before. Ever. Even when one of my previous stylists damaged my hair due to excessive bleaching, I stayed silent. I simply moved on to a new stylist without leaving any feedback. That is, until today, this situation is unavoidable. I do not want anyone else to experience what I just went through. PLEASE READ, and steer clear of Kristi Winoa!! She is unethical, unfriendly, overpriced, and does a terrible job with extensions. Do not be deceived by her before and after photos. I can attest firsthand that they are edited and do not reflect the reality of what your hair will look like, or endure just a week after visiting her. They may appear good initially, but you will realize the truth after reading the text message I sent to her. I went to her with hair that reached the very bottom of my neck, with breakage on the top and sides from excessive highlighting. What she left me with is far worse. Here's my message to her, and if the review allows, I will post the 18 pictures I sent along with it: Hi Kristi, it’s Heather. I'm reaching out because I've been extremely unhappy with my hair since my last visit. My scalp has been very irritated and itchy, and the color of my extensions does not blend with my hair, or with each other for that matter. I sought the professional opinion of two different stylists, both of whom have over 15 years of experience with extensions. I am very upset because it's much worse than I realized. I was informed by each stylist, independently, that not only was the coloring incorrect, but that the poor coloring was made worse by the placement of the wefts. Both stated that there was no way the hair she installed was new... it was used hair. I paid for brand new hair with expedited shipping.. that is not what you provided. I have irritation and bald spots in every area on my head where you placed my beads. I discovered that the end beads on all my rows were sewn together, and sloppily installed, some were already coming loose. I am extremely upset with all of this information. I paid you a significant amount of money to regain some confidence, and I received the complete opposite. I feel completely deceived, and taken advantage of by you. I have now had to purchase all new extensions, pay for the installation, and correct the color of the low lights you put in my hair. I believe a FULL refund, including the tip, is warranted. Unfortunately, you can't "refund" my bald spots, or the incredible hassle, and time spent fixing your mistakes. I am hoping you will rectify this within 48 hours. If not, I have already spoken with my credit card company, and they fully support me, knowing that what I paid for, is not at all what I received. I have not filed a claim with them yet, as I want to give you the opportunity to make things right. I am including photos for you, taken both indoors and outdoors in natural light.

I visited to acquire my enduring bracelet, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! Ayden is delightful and clearly passionate about her craft. I highly recommend her!

I've been frequenting that place for a couple of years now. Sarah is exceptional.

I took my adolescent child for a facial to improve his skin condition. The salon was exceptionally tidy and cozy. The individual who performed the facial was incredibly pleasant! My son had a positive experience. His skin appears significantly better!
