My nail appointment was a disaster - the end result was a complete mess. When I brought it up, the individual in charge insisted on redoing them but ended up removing my entire set in a fit of frustration, refusing to correct the polish because she believed I wouldn't approve. Despite multiple customers pointing out the issue, she displayed unprofessional and rude behavior. After a heated discussion, I managed to secure a partial refund from the senior male technician with glasses.
