My nail appointment was a disaster - the end result was a complete mess. When I brought it up, the individual in charge insisted on redoing them but ended up removing my entire set in a fit of frustration, refusing to correct the polish because she believed I wouldn't approve. Despite multiple customers pointing out the issue, she displayed unprofessional and rude behavior. After a heated discussion, I managed to secure a partial refund from the senior male technician with glasses. Truly disappointing service.
Endured a painful cuticle cut and received a subpar gel polish application. Despite my efforts to have it fixed, the attempt was unsuccessful. On the bright side, the staff was pleasant and excelled at shaping my eyebrows.
Absolutely adore this place, always a positive experience whenever I visit. Tina, the fantastic individual who takes care of my nails, is incredibly warm and understanding! I will definitely be returning! While the review photos may not do justice to their work, rest assured that if you show them a photo of your desired outcome, they will deliver!
