My appointment was delayed by over an hour, leading to a rushed and unsatisfactory manicure. Despite a decent pedicure, the quality of the manicure was subpar, requiring a redo within a week. The lack of respect for appointment times and the rushed service left me disappointed and unwilling to return. A regrettable waste of money.
I had a most disappointing experience at this establishment. Despite calling ahead to confirm availability for a Full set pink and white dip powder service, my expectations were not met. The technician disregarded my preference for no additional length and neglected to use the dip powder as requested. The application was sloppy, with filler not reaching the edges of my nails. A second technician intervened, but the rushed service resulted in a subpar outcome. After an hour and 25 minutes, I left unsatisfied, with no intention of returning. This was truly a nightmare experience that I felt compelled to share.
My search for a new nail salon was met with disappointment at this location. The technician rushed through the service, resulting in painful filing and poor quality nails. The rushed application left my nails lumpy, deformed, and with bubbles under the gel. Despite being adjacent to my husband's barber, I will not be returning due to the lack of care for quality during the service.
