She is consistently patient, even when she's swamped with patients, and she's well-versed in my medical history, ensuring I receive the necessary care. I find solace in the fact that she's overseeing my health and excels in all facets of her work.
The service here is top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the technician who assisted me during my last visit. They were intelligent, cheerful, and had a great sense of humor. The opticians were also very knowledgeable, even remembering my glasses from a couple of years back. Unfortunately, names escape me, or I would have given them a shoutout.
