Please be aware of this salon's cancellation and late policy. 48 hours, they will charge you 50%, any less they charge 100% (NO services actually provided) and will not let you reschedule. If you are more than 5 mins late, they will not honor your appointment and charge you 100%. Their prices are high to begin with. We are all human and things happen. It would be nice if they were a little more understanding and kind. Customer service and care is disappearing from our society and is definitely lacking at this establishment.About

To get to Rockstar Body Bar at 115 S Grand Ave, Pullman, WA 99163, United States by public transport, take bus number 5 from downtown Pullman and get off at the intersection of Grand Ave and Main St. If driving, head south on Grand Ave from Main St, then turn left onto SE Paradise St and the salon will be on your right after the intersection with SE Spring St.
