I had a fantastic experience with Doctor Smith and his team at Palouse Urology. Doctor Smith was thorough in explaining my condition and treatment options, and we worked together to create a plan I was comfortable with. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of urological care.
I must say, my encounter with Dr. Keizur and his team during an emergency stent placement in my duplicated ureters has been the most dreadful experience I've ever had. His bedside manner was beyond terrible - he constantly interrupted me, doubted my pain and symptoms, and failed to communicate my care plan effectively. He even removed a stent forcefully, causing immense pain, and disregarded my concerns.
