I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had made an appointment with Tammi, the owner, who confirmed it. However, upon my arrival, I was informed by Johnny that Tammi had forgotten about my appointment and left early. This caused me to leave work early and battle rush hour traffic. When I contacted Tammi the next day, she denied any knowledge of the situation and falsely claimed she had me scheduled with someone else. The lack of apology or acknowledgment from the owner led me to leave a negative review and take my business elsewhere.
I had a fantastic time at this salon! The ambiance was delightful, and the nail technicians were very skilled. The prices were fair, and they were transparent about the additional cost for gel nails. I especially enjoyed the mermaid-like water tubs in the pedicure chairs.
The service I received was absolutely dreadful. The pictures speak for themselves.
