It was my first time getting a needling facial, so I was a bit apprehensive. Taylor explained the upcoming procedure in great detail and was so reassuring and knowledgeable. Her demeanor and expertise were exceptionally professional. The spa was beautiful, and the overall experience was fantastic. Taylor also provided thorough post-care instructions and a lovely lotion to take home.
