2) they did not ask me before they went back, decided to grab my ends and cut it straight across 3) I never asked or said I wanted a trim so the lack of communication was appalling to me, I didn’t even find out they did it until I got home and felt uneven ends 4) my hair does not grow straight across, I trim it as a V with my longest length at the back, so the lack of consideration/communication and doing whatever you want in regards to my hair is insane behavior.
Stephanie is someone I have been going to for my Upart wig installs for about a year now, and I have developed a rapport with them over time. My last appointment with them was so disappointing, I got home and cried. I came in for a wash and blow out, and everything was going well until Stephanie blowed out my hair and proceeded to trim it WITHOUT asking or for my permission straight across leaving me with uneven ends.
