The reasons for my 2-star rating include: (1) the massage itself was not satisfactory; (2) the massage table was uncomfortable; (3) I paid for a 1-hour massage but 10 minutes were spent on discussing my medical history (resulting in a 50-minute massage). I had communicated with Alex beforehand, but this requirement was not mentioned; (4) I brought cash to avoid the credit card fee, but when I paid in cash, exact change was not provided. This left me with the choice to overpay or incur the credit card fee. As a first-time client, I have decided not to revisit this salon. I visited for a gel manicure in preparation for my upcoming wedding, but the service I received was subpar. Instead of using a proper brush, the technician applied chrome powder with a Q-tip! It was quite distasteful, to be honest. The nail coating was not done to perfection either. I feel like I wasted $45. My experience with a facial here was terrible. I clearly stated my need for extractions. The aesthetician spent the initial 15 minutes massaging my face in the dark before examining it under light, barely focused on extractions, and disappointingly skipped the final massage - a crucial part of a facial that I always look forward to and have experienced at other spa locations. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. When I called to provide feedback, I was informed the manager would contact me, which I would have appreciated, but it never happened. As a new resident in the area, I had hoped to join a membership that suited me, but it won't be here for sure.About

I had a gel pedicure and manicure done on July 2, and my nails are already CHIPPING by July 5. That's just 3DAYS! This is not acceptable! Most of the technicians do not speak English! They have a separate pedicure price list where all services are $57 and above. I was considering a special pedicure until I realized that adding gel to the $57 would cost an extra $30. That's $87 just for toes, which is outrageous considering the low-quality products they use. There is no mention of the additional fee on the price list. They just assume you should know. This salon is a scam, their service is HORRIBLE! They are only interested in taking your money!
