As a first-time client, I have decided not to revisit this salon. I visited for a gel manicure in preparation for my upcoming wedding, but the service I received was subpar. Instead of using a proper brush, the technician applied chrome powder with a Q-tip! It was quite distasteful, to be honest. The nail coating was not done to perfection either. I feel like I wasted $45. I would rather handle my manicures on my own!
SPRINGY PEOPLE AVOID Spa services
I would rate this experience as zero stars if I could. My hair was quite long, reaching down to my backside, and I stand at a considerable height. Despite requesting a mere two-inch trim, long layers, and curtain bangs, my stylist disregarded the various reference photos I presented. The hair washing process was actually painful. To my disappointment, my hair was styled straight when all my reference images featured wavy styles (considering my natural loose curls). Not a single layer or bang was incorporated, and worst of all, my hair was cut to shoulder length. I strongly advise against visiting this salon!
