I gave Massage by Alex 2-stars because I feel my experience was subpar. The reasons for my 2-star rating include: (1) the massage itself was not satisfactory; (2) the massage table was uncomfortable; (3) I paid for a 1-hour massage but 10 minutes were spent on discussing my medical history (resulting in a 50-minute massage). I had communicated with Alex beforehand, but this requirement was not mentioned; (4) I brought cash to avoid the credit card fee, but when I paid in cash, exact change was not provided. This left me with the choice to overpay or incur the credit card fee. I do not plan to return.
I have visited Alex on a few occasions and they provide a SUPERB, expert massage! They have a keen sense of where to target your tension and are skilled at releasing those painful knots! Additionally, they create a serene ambiance that promotes relaxation to assist you in unwinding! I highly recommend them!!
Alex did a fantastic job for me. The appointment started on time. They were very professional yet managed to make me feel comfortable immediately. They were engaging, attentive, and responsive to my preferences and concerns for specific areas like lower legs and shoulders. I felt amazing afterward and am eager for another session. If possible, I would go every week. You will not be disappointed.
