The result of my nail appointment left me extremely dissatisfied. It took over 2 hours, including another person fixing the terrible nail job I received. I was willing to give them another chance, but I can't believe I paid $60 for such poor quality. Each nail differs in size, thickness, and shape, making it the worst nail experience I've ever had. I felt so upset and frustrated that I simply paid and left without saying anything.
During my cooking session last evening, my pinky nail broke off suddenly. I opted for natural tips with acrylic material, requesting an almond shape. However, the technician provided round nails instead. The service cost me $75, and I handed over $100, telling them to keep the change. I believe that if my nails were done correctly, they wouldn't have broken while I was just picking up a pot. Considering my medical condition, I lack the strength to cause such damage to myself accidentally. The experience was painful, even though I didn't forcefully hit my finger. I wish to have my nails redone by a different technician at the salon. When I tried to contact them, I found out that leaving a voicemail was impossible as the call would disconnect. I did thorough research to choose a top-notch nail salon known for its cleanliness and impressive designs, and my nails appear unprofessionally done compared to others.
