She attentively hears out specific needs, focusing on trouble spots and strives to address all those concerns within a mutually convenient timeframe. The result of my nail appointment left me extremely dissatisfied. It took over 2 hours, including another person fixing the terrible nail job I received. I was willing to give them another chance, but I can't believe I paid $60 for such poor quality. Each nail differs in size, thickness, and shape, making it the worst nail experience I've ever had. Sophia is truly remarkable and I had the most exceptional, incredibly welcoming experience. The familial ambiance and the women (who are all actually related!) in the salon were exceptionally kind and highly skilled. My initial visit felt like I had been a regular for years. When I encountered Alex and Sam, I was quite hesitant to get any tattoo work based on a prior experience, my husband and son had just gotten matching tattoos which turned out fantastic. My son was relocating and wanted me to get a matching tattoo, so I did, it was matching turtles and it turned out fantastic. I decided to proceed and get a cover-up of the previous tattoo mishap, and I am so thrilled I did. (see attached images). Alex is the premier artist around and the time we spent together was an absolute blast. You cannot discern what she concealed and my Lion is without a doubt a topic of conversation. I am getting another one done soon, and I have the utmost confidence that Alex will excel once again. Strongly recommend the Depths of the Soul Tattoo. Sam is also one of the kindest individuals in the world.
