Had fancy cologne for my husband at the counter and the cashier glanced at me and made me wait. Finally approached and inquired if I wanted to buy the cologne. I was just waiting to purchase. I never got rude or anything. She then moved on to the next customer who had been there for only a minute and checked them out. I was shocked. I returned the cologne. I don’t understand why I was completely disregarded. I’m so upset and don’t recommend patronizing this dreadful place. I felt extremely uneasy and unwelcome. I’m through.
No one acknowledged me for over half an hour. When I checked out, the young woman said "all you had to do, was ask". Alright then..I'm flexible, this was a SINGLE visit...just to use a Christmas gift card.
Patricia was exceedingly helpful at the Prattville location. She spent a lot of time with me explaining various products and assisting me in finding one that would address my concerns. Very compassionate. Give her a raise!
