The facials and the cleansing ritual are both delightful experiences. Haircuts and color by the 3 stylists I've encountered are quite impressive. I would like to mention that the keratin treatments lack consistency, and after the keratin application, the steps of flat ironing twice were neglected. I was instructed to do the second flat ironing on my own at home. It's been ages since I indulged myself. What a delightful treat!! The staff here was incredibly kind. They had an extensive range of colors, even in powder form. The cleanliness rating is a perfect 100!!! The place is impeccably clean. I would recommend this spot to everyone. Such a fantastic experience!! Had fancy cologne for my husband at the counter and the cashier glanced at me and made me wait. Finally approached and inquired if I wanted to buy the cologne. I was just waiting to purchase. I never got rude or anything. She then moved on to the next customer who had been there for only a minute and checked them out. I was shocked. I returned the cologne. I don’t understand why I was completely disregarded. I’m so upset and don’t recommend patronizing this dreadful place. I felt extremely uneasy and unwelcome. I’m through.
