I mean they're not totally terrible but my partner could do a better job. They never even asked me what shape I wanted my nails (I prefer a coffin shape but oh well), they didn't say one word to me the whole appointment. This was my second appointment and I went back thinking that maybe my second experience wouldn't be so terrible but I was wrong and they charged me just as much for a fill-in as they did for in a full set of acrylics (that had lifted like the third day and I had to glue 3 back on). They never used nail dehydrator, primer, cuticle oil (never even touched my cuticles as a matter of fact), and the paint looks like it has stuff in it or something. They just rushed through the whole process like they had something better to do. They were laughing and giggling and carrying on on the phone the whole time, just like last time. I'm not going back, I'd rather drive somewhere to get my nails done if I have to.
I love them so much! Taylor, (the nail tech) did super well and got me and my two other friends done quickly and we all were happy with our nails. If you are trying to decide between here and Glamour Nails, the other place in Springfield - I recommend here! It cost $50 for me and my friend got French tips for $45. Hope this helps! They are amazing, they take their time to get your nails the way you want them, they are nice and very friendly. I will always go to this place, thank you, Taylor, amazing job.
