My experience was quite positive. The only downside was the wait time (considering I was a walk-in, I anticipated a wait), but the attendant kept reassuring me that my technician was almost finished. However, I must admit, I cannot verify the accuracy of that statement. Nevertheless, I am thoroughly satisfied with my GelX nails. Hallie, my technician, did an exceptional job. The location is stunning, but there's no guarantee for regular polish. I left with a ruined nail. Understandable, but they rush you out before nails dry, almost ensuring damage. Feels like a tactic to push pricier services.
