My experience was quite positive. The only downside was the wait time (considering I was a walk-in, I anticipated a wait), but the attendant kept reassuring me that my technician was almost finished. However, I must admit, I cannot verify the accuracy of that statement. Nevertheless, I am thoroughly satisfied with my GelX nails. Hallie, my technician, did an exceptional job. I will certainly return.
