We adore Ann's nails. The team is exceptional!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went in for a pedicure and a new full set of dip nails. The pedicure was okay, but they had me keep my hands submerged in a bowl of diluted acetone throughout the entire pedicure. I tried to explain that it wasn't working, but they completely ignored me. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure if I had dip or acrylic nails, the technician openly displayed her annoyance. She rushed through, causing me pain while removing the acrylics and breaking my natural nails in the process. Then, she rudely instructed me to choose a color and snatched my hand. I informed her that I would go elsewhere and left in that state because I couldn't tolerate her disrespect any longer. I will never return here for nail services. Additionally, their color options are poor, and during my previous visit, the same technician left my nails looking uneven. When I asked her to fix it, she disregarded me. I don't know why I thought it would be any different this time.
They are open on Sundays, which is quite uncommon, and for that, I awarded them an extra star. It has been a week, and my nails are still flawless and undamaged. My only gripe is that the individual who did my nails filed too vigorously, causing discomfort for a few days. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience.
