This salon is top-notch! The technician is always prompt in scheduling appointments and addressing my inquiries. Plus, they deliver the most efficient and comfortable waxing service compared to other spas I've visited. As a man, it can be challenging to find a suitable place for waxing, but I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
My partner and I underwent a couples Brazilian wax session with Tiffany. It was my first time trying this, and I was extremely nervous. Tiffany displayed utmost professionalism and helped both of us feel at ease throughout the process. Overall, the experience was a definite win for us!
Since my previous waxing technician is no longer available, I had to find a new professional to take over my appointments. Unfortunately, this salon didn't meet my expectations based on the high standard set by my previous technician. I arrived for my 12:20 appointment, but there was no receptionist or staff present. Despite trying to contact my technician via call and text, there was no response (I had attempted to reach them the day before with no success). I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes past my appointment time without anyone acknowledging me or inquiring about my visit. Although the wax technician I was assigned to was friendly, there was some leftover wax that dried on my skin and caused discomfort. I had hoped this salon would become my new go-to spot, but after this disappointing first experience, I don't think I'll return.
