I had a fantastic experience at the Elaine Nail Spa! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the salon had a clean and stylish atmosphere that was very relaxing. My nail technician, Nancy, was attentive and skilled, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The range of colors and designs available was impressive, and the high-quality products made my nails look fantastic. The attention to hygiene and sanitation made me feel safe and comfortable. Overall, Elaine Nail Spa exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling pampered and thrilled with my nails. I highly recommend this salon for top-notch service and beautiful results.
After getting a dip nail polish and manicure at Elaine Nail Spa, I experienced issues with the polish coming off just a few days later. Upon returning to have it fixed, I was met with some difficulties in finding the right color and felt a bit dismissed by the staff. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred with all the other nails the next day. I was left feeling disappointed with the service and how I was treated. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
