Less than a full day after my nails were done, one nail broke at the artificial tip while brushing my hair. I managed to super glue it back on. But then, while typing at work, another nail broke. I contacted the salon and they offered to fix it the following Sunday. Great! However, by Wednesday, three nails on my other hand broke while washing my hair and even pulled some hair out! I sent another photo to the salon owner, hinting at a full set redo. The owner didn't refuse or argue. When I went in on Sunday, I was informed I would receive a $20.00 discount on the full set... even though I had paid over $100 for it! I also tipped $25! I tried to speak with the manager, who then called the owner. The owner insisted on only a $20.00 discount. Voices were raised on both sides, and I was asked to leave. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but after the treatment I received, I believe this 1-star review is warranted.
