Opted for a walk-in appointment and was promptly accommodated. I opted for a basic acrylic set with accent nails. While the pricing was reasonable and the staff friendly, I was disappointed with the outcome. My nails resemble thick, uneven chicle pieces, with some being overly thick and my pinky nails curving downwards and appearing longer than the others. The technician failed to even them out, leaving a bumpy and unnatural look, especially around the cuticles. Not satisfied with the service this time. (Photos taken after 14 days, none earlier)
Absolutely dreadful experience with the manicure and pedicure I received. If I had the option, I would rate it a zero. The acrylic nails are filled with imperfections like bubbles, and they already require redoing after just 48 hours. Despite opting for shellac on my toes for durability, it has chipped off within the same short period.
The nail technician was very attentive and skillful in creating the nail design I specifically asked for. I was pleased with the overall result and would definitely consider returning in the future.
